El Salvador Pacamara is a 100% Arabica single-origin coffee grown at an altitude of approximately 1,500 meters on the fertile volcanic soils of El Salvador.

The Pacamara variety, known for its large beans, offers a balanced, sweet cup rich in aromatic nuances. The Washed process removes the fruit pulp before drying, enhancing the cleanliness of the aromatic profile and the brilliance of its more delicate notes.

Castroni roasting enhances the characteristics of this origin with a pleasant acidity, elegant citrus notes, and a persistent finish reminiscent of almond, licorice, and a delicate hint of tobacco.
