Instant Coffee Bar Blend

The Bar Arabica coffee blend has been the flagship product of the historic Castroni roasting company in Rome since 1932. The Castroni 100% Arabica instant coffee blend is a dry blend made by infusing the coffee beans with the aqueous part removed, which is then regenerated with more boiling water.
The Bar Arabica blend's organoleptic qualities are a full-bodied, not overpowering, and vaguely sweet flavor, with a very fragrant aroma. It has a slightly lower caffeine content than a standard blend.
